"Good technical advice and product knowledge, very cooperative with export labelling to insure accurate classification by customs broker, prompt delivery, and good followup on a few items. Awaiting resolution of one question, but I am confident that they will get back to me with a response once they have heard from the manufacturer."

Even with a delay it got here in time

"I placed an order for several items but one of them was out of stock by the time I placed the order. They asked if I wanted to have the items shipped separately (have the stuff on hand shipped now and the others when they come in). I decided to wait and declined their offer. It was a good move as the other items came in a couple days later and I got all of it before the 10 business days I was afraid it would take to get them. All the items were as described and arrived in good shape. I have ordered almost all of my ham radio gear from GigiaParts and they have not let me down. Good stuff, reasonable price and good tech support. "

Prompt delivery-user friendly website

"Easy site to use. Much better than average pricing. Fast processing and delivery. Would have been more stars but the buyer rewards credits are out of sync with the retail side of the website. I have made multiple purchases in the last month and I have no credits to my account. This isn't a deal breaker but it needs to be improved to be a top tier retailer. "

"Ordered a radio Sunday then decided to add another item to the order to get in on the free shipping. Called them Monday and they added it to the order and I got free shipping for the total order."

Package came early

"My order from Gigaparts, which was shipped by the least expensive method available at ordering time, was scheduled for delivery, according to their web ordering site, within 3 to 6 business days from ordering.

My order was entered around 4:30 p.m.EST, on the Wednesday before Thanksgiving. The next day, being Thanksgiving, was not a business day. The following Friday was. I assume that they did not count Saturday or Sunday as a business day. The package was delivered before 2 p.m. on Monday, the 2nd business day. WOW, what a wonderful surprise.
