"My order wasn't delivered in time even though I did it in advance and mailed support to be sure they will deliver my gift in time (they just didn't respond). It was late for days, not only hours or next day even, and the recipient eventually just left the country by that moment. They left the gift to nobody and ignore my request to give my ~100 Euro back. Any live chats or email were totally silent to all my messages that I started to send them when gift wasn't delivered in time. The giftsnideas had finally responded me only after I use a Feedback button on their site and rate my experience as extremely bad (this is a lifehack how to reach these scammers ultimately, but the best advice for anyone is to NEVER DEAL WITH THIS COMPANY AT ALL). Even after this they started to say me some bull**it about the local courier didn't find an address and so on so force, while I used the same address for delivery of all kinds of things for A LOT of times before. They tried to ensure me the gift will finally be delivered, but it didn't happen for next 4 days more. Until when my girlfriend, as I said, already left the country of delivery without my gift. "

"I ordered from Giftsnideas, not having done my research into reviews about this website. BIG MISTAKE! I ordered a same day delivery for an interstate birthday and at the end of the day received a phone call saying they were out of stock and wanted me to confirm ALL of my details again over the telephone including Credit Card number and my partner's details (irrelevant) which i refused to do. They declined to offer a refund - i pushed them and they finally agreed to refund. It is now 11 days later and still no refund. Got in touch with the customer service dept today who stated it will take an additional 8-10 business days to receive a refund. This is simply unacceptable, and appears to be a SCAM SITE. I would not recommend to others to use this website."
"I normally don't go out of the way to write reviews, especially bad ones but my experience with these guys has been HORRIBLE. Order a fruit basket to be delivered during a special occasion - the stuff gets there but it's all rotten, and so the journey begins. I sent the photo over to them and they said someone is going to get back - a week goes by, nothing. Reach them the second week, same **** - check next week. Did the same reach out the third time and I demanded either a replacement and/or a refund. They finally say, OK, lets do a "substitution" - I go ahead and find an equivalent amount item, go through the process and enter their coupon code and its 15% off - my top lid just went off - like WTF. Here I am trying to get things done right and in every opportunity, they are just awful about the whole experience. I spent more time than I would care to share and their support is slow is like ****.

They called back eventually and refused to refund without submitting demanded documents. Paid more than 200 dollars for fruit and sweet basket. Resulted submitting a claim for fraudulent transaction. I wish I would read reviews before ordering."
