"I ordered a gift for my wife for our 25th anniversary with plenty of time to spare. The shipment was due to arrive days before our anniversary. When it did not arrive on the day promised in the confirmation, I sent an email. No response. The next day I called. After 17 minutes on hold, I had to hang up, so I sent another email. Called again later. After 12 minutes on hold where they tell me every few seconds how important I am to them, a different message comes on and tells me that I have reached them after business hours and to try back later. More emails requesting status the next day. Never received any response, never received my shipment, no anniversary gift for my wife. I only give one star rating because I cannot give fewer. Cannot comment on quality because never received product, but they mostly sell service and this was an epic fail for them, and incredibly disappointing for me. I hope that this review helps someone out there make a better choice with an I did when it comes to gift buying. I know that it will not help gifts.com to be a better company because it is clear to me that they simple do not care."
