Poor Custumer service

"Placed order and never received products. Send email informing and never got a response. My bank account continues to be charge by Zengifts. They have a voice mail indicating their telephone system is down and to email."

great site

"I have been using the site since 2013. I am shock that they have bad reviews. I have 3 pages of orders, from $25 to $2000+ , I don't recall having issues with them. Normally I received the ecards within 1 mins from placing the order. I am planning to place another order over $1200, hopefully I don't get issue as everyone mentioned. "

Stay away!

"Worked twice, now I got an email that they will not accept future orders from me. Customer Service is no help, and I don't understand how they are in business with all these reviews stating the same thing as me. Other competitors will call you and verify your identity. Why can't they do the same? Super sketchy. Raise, Cardpool, and Card Cash however are great and I do not run into these issues with them. Stay away from gift card zen you will only waste your time.

I placed 6 orders, for 6 gift cards, on 1/24/18; my credit card was charged approximately $400.00, total. This was not for an authorization or hold, the money was taken out of my account. A few hours later, I received an automatically generated email stating "3rd Party Verification Failed" and 4 out of the 6 gift cards had not been sent to me, electrically as described. Nor, was there a refund issued.

I emailed them at: ****@**** and approximately 30 times on this day. Along, with also calling them at the phone number listed: 1-***-***-**** and a total of 6 times; all of which was their answering system's message. There was not any type of "live" or in-person help, either online or otherwise. When I was met with no response at all, I went to Twitter and located them @GiftCardZen, where I posted my concern with this company. Only at this point, did they respond. I had paid with PayPal and so I can file a claim with them, but if I hadn't I would have lost all my money!

"I ordered a game stop card thinking it would be cheaper then going to the store well my order got denied from a 3rd party verifier for who knows what reason. Now I have to wait for my money back 3-5 days. Do not use this service!!

Rip Off

"I ordered a gift card and luckily paid using PayPal. Gift card, neither electronically nor physical, never arrived after 10 days. Tried calling customer service repeatedly and just got a recording to leave a message. Very unprofessional. Used PayPal Resolution Center and received a refund. Never use Gift Card Zen!!! If I hadn't used PayPal I would have been out of my money. Will never order anything on-line that does not accept PayPal."

Worst Gift Card Site

"They could easily make buying gift cards so much easier...instead their "robots" won't let you purchase for bs reasons and you're left waiting by your phone for some teenager to give you a call to verify your order. I've bought from over 10 gift card sites on the internet and Gift Card Zen is by far the worst."

Used to be good ... not so much now

"I bought 5 cards a few years ago and didn't have any problems. Recently however, 2 out of 3 cards purchased had zero balance on them. You would think that it would be easy enough for them to check the balance before sending the codes/cards to me but apparently not. Luckily I was refunded my money within a day but I will no longer be taking a chance with these guys."

Good Response. Missing Disclaimer

"I have a $20 gc that is no use to me (in-store) and I need it to be for online use. Disclaimer stated user would be notified before purchase if an In-Store only digital card. Was not there. Very timely response to my issue but not refunded per my request. Company sent me a screenshot of a disclaimer that never showed while I was snooping. It is fair for the disclaimer to exist... illegal to have it not show to the customer then hold them to what the disclaimer says. "

Declined after spending thousands on earlier orders

"Everything was going well until I decided to use paypal to pay for the first time. Before, my orders were being processed immediately and I placed them basically daily. When I used paypal, my order was not immediate and then hours later I received a text asking me to verify this purchase. I responded back to it but I'm guessing it was too late because I received a notice that all future orders will be cancelled. I then tried to purchase using my method of payment that has always been working and received error code 43.
