"I bought two of the same product from this retailer. As it turns out the product is pretty much useless - which isn't their fault.
So I send them an email requesting RMA per their policy. However, i receive no replies. So I sent them another email and I have yet to receive any correspondence from them.
Customer Service is so terrible that they won't keep their posted policies.
