"I placed my order on a Saturday and got it by the following Wednesday. I ordered a synthetic mannequin head under the Giell brand, as well as a round brush set. The quality of the items was perfect and exactly what I wanted as far as their intended purpose. The head is for strictly cutting. The brushes come in multiple sizes, great quality and really cheap for the brand they are (OG). I had made a mistake when adding my address and called customer service. The guy on the other line pulled up my order when the call came in (which is pretty awesome because most places need all this other additional information just to find your order). He then told me the package was still in the building and he would personally see to it that the address was corrected. All of this took place in about 2 minutes. So helpful, and reassuring that the package would get to me. I was hesitant to order, and made sure to check the return policy before ordering. Unless a company has a policy they stand behind, don't oder from them. These guys do. I am really happy which is why I'm taking the time out to write this review. Order from them, you won't regret it."
