"I placed an order with giantsavings.com on December 15, 2008. My credit card was immediately charged for the full $218.00. After about 2 weeks of not receiving the item or any emails about a delay, I began to try to contact the company. They have no phone number!! (I subsequently found one on the Better Business Bureau website.) I finally got through to them, (they answer the phone very shadily without mentioning the company name in the greeting. I later found out that they are listed under several names such as ikitchen.com, and homebrands.com) and was hung up on once I told them that I haven't received my order. I (as well as the Better Business Bureau) would strongly NOT recommend anyone shop with them."
