"I ordered some e-juice from Giant Vapes and when I unpacked the bottle and dripped some on my favorite RDA I started smelling a terrible taste. right away I emailed to the customer support but they refused to take care of the issue. Instead they said that the juice needed some steeping. The truth is if a juice tastes horrible it would never taste any better no matter how long you keep it in some dark place for steeping.
The customer team simply put their back towards the customer with ignorance and negligence. "
