"It took me 3 weeks to receive my product after the website indicated it was shipped. I telephoned their customer service twice and left emails at customer service twice and to the boss once over a week and a half. I never received a reply for an update on the status of my order. It did arrive all of a sudden. I didn't have a UPS tracking number to track my package. They have poor customer service. I received the order just before I was about to contest the charges. I don't know that I would buy from them again, and I wouldn't recommend. The item was probably backordered, and they didn't want to lose my order, so they ignored me."

"Ghost-Mart was really great from the informative site to the quick delivery. From the east coast to colorado in only 2 days for $10 S/H. Everything arrived in perfect condition exactly as described. I was so pleased they have actually quoted my testimonial on their website."
