"If you're a seasoned veteran or a rookie to a gun build and you want the very best products and customer service, look no further! I've been a customer for MANY years and have built many Glocks, all generations and most models. I started off with the very first Ghost connector when it was released back in 2000 and now they offer much more than just GREAT connectors. My latest build was my gen 3 Glock 19. Because this is my range/competition gun and not for self defense, I was looking for the lightest trigger possible while keeping the gun safe. I ordered the Unit 3.0 pound connector and spring kit. It came with the 3.0 pound connector, two striker springs, a reduced power safety plunger spring, and an extra power trigger spring. I installed the parts and there was a problem with the connector. I had a VERY light trigger press, 1.2 pounds, and a double fire, meaning the Glock would fire the first round, the slide would cycle, and during the trigger reset, it would fire again. I took the G19 apart to trouble shoot the problem. I adjusted the connector and put it back together. Same problem. Not knowing what the problems were, I called Ghost. Oliver answered the phone. I told him the trouble I was having and without skipping a beat, he walked me through the problem step by step. Come to find out, it wasn't the connector or the new springs, but the factory Glock trigger bar. I learned no two bars are alike. I had quite a few spare factory trigger bars in my tool kit, so I installed a different bar, all while Oliver was on the phone, and reassembled the gun. It worked like a charm! Now I have a crisp, clean, 3.8 pound trigger that is smooth as butter! Now I know I have the best parts and the very best company backing their products and offering the customer the knowledge and expertise unlike any other company I've EVER dealt with.
