"I was in a bind and needed wristbands in a week's time. I run a marketing company and had a client that needed several revisions. I kept getting approvals from my client but they kept changing it. Even after I had approved the art-work Eric sent over he revised it two times and stayed an hour and half after they had already closed to ensure my order was perfect.
