"ordered some printer ribbons in early March. After 2 weeks no shipping status no response to emails. I file the complaint with Pay Pal. Merchant contacted me and actually sent me an extra ribbon. upon receipt of ribbons discovered it tabs on ribbons were broken. contacted merchant again received the prompt refund via Pay Pal."
