"Bait and Switch.....they baited me in with a great price for the Panasonic PVGS65 camcorder, I ordered the product form their website, with in 12 hours I received an email from them requesting I call them to confirm my credit card information...I did, I declined to purchase anyfurther products they offered me over the phone. 1 hour later I received another email stating the camcorder was oversold and on backorder. hmm...Today, the camcorder is IN STOCK and $100 more. I am not happy. This camcorder is a gift for my best friend expecting her first child. I am so disappointed."
"This company is awful! Sure the prices look good but it goes like this: Purchase the camera, get a call from a salesperson trying to sell you additional items, you decline, your item is no longer in stock and you get an email telling you not to contact them because there isn't anything they can do about it. The truth is that you can't get an item that cheap unless it is from the grey market. Sort of like an imitation. I don't know how these companies get away with this. It's sick."
"This is the worst company I have ever done business with. The sales people do call and try to get you to buy accessories you don't want. My next day air package didn't arrive for a week and the Olympus c-750 camera I ordered was replaced with a C-755 with out telling me. I wouldn't have purchased the camera if I knew they were going to switch. The 750 is metal, the 755 is plastic. When I contacted them about this the customer support staff were rude and apathetic, telling me it "was a better model". It was actually a promotional model for budget retailers like COSTCO. I purchased this camera to use at a graduation ceremony and because of the delayed shipping I couldn't get a replacement. The company offered me a 128MB memory card for my trouble. I didn't accept. Scam artists and drop-shippers are all that you will find at GetYourDigitalHere. Spend your money at a known brand store. A few extra bucks is worth the peace of mind. "
