"Purchased 2 Kleen Kanteens on 3/13/15 and was notified the following day that the color I ordered was out of stock and they couldn't get more. He offered me other color choices and to add 2 additional kids for the trouble. I requested to cancel the order. However, my account was charged $57 & change. I emailed Gregg to advise him and he said he'd look into it later that night when he returned to his office. He then advised me that they "accidently" placed the order after all. They debited my PayPal. He then indicated on 5/17 that they now issued a refund. I got no confirmation of this until 5/20 when I received an email from GetNGreen confirming the credit. the order never should have been placed by the company and at the very least they should have set the refund in action THAT day when he said he would. I won't purchase here again. "
