"Don't order anything from onlinewall.com or getartposters.com. They have the worst customer service I've ever experienced. I was told my print would ship in 3-5 days. After a week went by and I had not received my print or any email/shipping notifications, I send them an inquiry. A few days went by, no response. I emailed them again....no response. Only after I threatened to contact my credit card company to refund my purchase did I get a response. This went back and forth for over a month. They told me they would refund the expedited shipping cost that I payed extra for. Two months later, they have not followed through, and will no longer respond to my emails. Stay away from them. "
