"I wish I had read these reviews before I ordered. Save yourself the time, headache and money - do NOT order from this company. Try calling the customer service number: no one is ever there - it's only an answering machine and you will never get a call back. They incorrectly charged me and only shipped half my order several weeks late. I finally got a response to one of my e-mails, and they said they never received any communication from me. Keep in mind they were replying to one of my emails! What idiots. They never did offer to correct any of the issues I had. I am now also disputing the charges with my cc company. Had I known this would be such a nightmare, I would have gone anywhere else. Please save yourself the headache of dealing with this company - this is not a legitimate business."
"This site is a scam - I have ordered as well and never received the product, just apologetic emails saying they are waiting for a shipment or they are sorry they forgot to ship. Also, the "official" email address goes to a comcast address: ****@**** and not an address for the domain. Calling the phone number you'll never reach anyone.

"The website is catching for a German who has missed German food. I have called the customer service several times daily with no response, just music and a voicemail, and no returned calls. The website says my order takes 3 business days, yeah right! I am calling my bank and disputing the order! I believe the site is a scam and should be taken off the web!!!! "Seller of "Fine imported foods from Germany"... looks like a pretty good website. And the prices were reasonable, even after paying for shipping. So I placed an order on 12/8/11 thinking I would have a few nice stocking stuffer gifts for the holidays. First I had to email several times asking for order updates. Then I got updates that said "Your UPS or Fedex Tracking Information is included in your invoice" but a tracking number was never given. I finally got the box on 1/8/12, an entire month later (and technically the next year), way too late. The chocolates were good, but I could've walked into Duane Reade to buy Ritter Sport had I known it would take this long. The coffees had expired Dec 2011. What a waste. I would not recommend buying from this site. It's not a scam, but it's poorly run with bad shipping (they're based on VT) and expired items. "
