"Hi too had an order and correspondence that was ignored, money taken. Paypal came through for me and put the $135 back in my account. I'm a previous customer that WAS satisfied. German filters has on their site that they are under new management and not to contact them for orders prior to Oct 09, 2011. I could have understood the situation if they would have come forth and said- Wasn't us, we suggest disputing w/ your CC company, Paypal etc- get back to us if it doesn't work out. No honor in the new germanfilter.com company apparently. For that, they stay on my shirt list. Paypal came through, and quickly. Thanks Paypal! "

"I placed an order for $60 worth of filters on 10/5/11 and received nothing. Like others have stated they do not respond to E-mail and have that idiotic disclaimer on their home page which pretty much says don't bother trying to get your money back because we don't care. I have filed a complaint with Discover "failure to deliver parts" and am waiting patiently for resolution. As far as I am concerned the present owners are responsible for all liabilities, (orders) and need to provide resolution to their customers if they want to stay in business. Posting that disclaimer does not relieve them of that duty. I also intend to pursue with the P.A. attorney general even if I get my money back. This low life vendor needs to be put out of business. Please post any updates on resolution of your claims. Thanks "

"They stole my money. I have ordered many things off the internet from many different merchants and have never had a problem-ever. I have emailed them and have received no response. Now the website says "under new management" and do not contact them about orders placed before 10-9. This guy owes me $60. I am hopeful my credit card company will help me get my money back, but it's up in the air right now. Let's teach this guy a lesson-DON'T BUY FROM THIS WEBSITE! "

"They stole my money! I ordered 4 oil filters and 2 air filters on 9/8/2011. They charged my credit card immediately for $91.92 and I never heard from them again. No reply to emails and the phone goes to a mailbox that is full and won't accept messages.
Now over a month later their website says "under new management", please do not contact us about past orders!

"THIEVES!! I ordered five filters and five oil pan drain plugs from these clowns. Ordered on 21 September - NO SHIPMENT received! They will not return emails or phone calls. PAYPAL notified. Attorney General's Office for PA notified. Hopefully these scumbags will be shut down and locked up. F@@king Losers. "

"I ordered (2) oil filters and a oil plug for my VW on 7-30-2011. It is now 8-31-2011 and no order has been shipped or received. Numerous emails sent and phone line inactive for calls. No replies. I Filed a complaint thru PayPal and hopfully I will recieve a refund. I've ordered thru this company since 2008 and this is the first time I have ever had a problem. I hope paypal can recover my payment."

"I ordered a 4 pack of oil filters, 1ea. fuel filter, and 1ea. cabin filter for my 323i BMW. All parts came, except the cabin filter was incorrect. No call back from customer service after four attempts and numerous emails. Voice Mail will not accept new messages. I have filed a PayPal complaint against them for resolution. No answer yet. Stay away from them. They may have products for you, but they have no customer service support when needed."

"Stay away from these guys. After processing my credit card they never shipped the order. 30-days and repeated emails and telephone messages have gone unanswered. I had my credit card company reverse the charges. germanfilters.com places its telephone on voicemail. Heads Up and Good Luck. "

"NOT recommended - Brian F. Case and whoever runs germanfilters.com should be jailed for fraud. I received non-approved (cheap) made in Mexico and China parts... They will not respond to contact efforts via their website or via E-Mail. I will be reporting them to the BBB and all other avenues available in an effort to inform others... make your own decision, but I will NEVER buy from them again."
