Ignition coil...Not

"After researching and checking many different sites I thought in round a great deal and the right part picture matched but when I received the package it is all wrong and of course no one answers the phone and an email is a long process so I am stuck. Going back to Rock auto and rely on them. Can't trust what you see on the internet "

"Ordered two coils for tundra. One was broken in the box and they don't even fit the truck but according to web sight right part . They don't answer the phone during business hours just recording to call during business hours. No email address to contact them . Hopefully PayPal with help generate. Money back.

"Ordered a radiator for my 90 Honda Civic. The radiator showed up 5 days later and I installed it. 9 weeks and less than 4,000 miles later, the bottom tank of the radiator is leaking.

I emailed about getting new one on warranty, and got an email back saying I could mail them the bad one, and once they saw via tracking that it was in transit to them, they would mail me a new one. I replied asking for an RMA #, an address, or something to get the process started. I received no response after sending 3 additional emails over the course of 4 days, so I decided to pick up the phone.

I called 1 hour after they opened and they still had the automatic answering service on. I called back about 4 hours later and finally got in touch with someone. That person said they only have 2 radiators of the model I need in stock, and that they would sell out in the next few days on those, and they recommended that I just buy a new one from them, then send them the bad one back for them to evaluate whether it was a viable warranty claim. They said it would be 1-2 months before they re-stocked on the radiators. The person on the phone would not give me an RMA, an address, or anything I needed to send back the old one, all but insisting that I just buy another one from them, putting me at risk that they reject my warranty claim on the bad one, AND at risk that I get another bad one, leaving me out of my money.

To me, this was very unprofessional. Shame on me for shopping around for a deal online for a radiator. I'm just going to suck it up and eat the $54.02 I spent on the new/busted radiator, and take my business to O'Reilly Auto, where I know I can walk in and talk to a person at the counter and exchange my warranty parts without having to buy new ones first.

"I would never order from here again!!! I ordered a radiator and it was damaged during shipping. So I sent it back the same day(friday) and was told my new part will be on its way. Its now Wednesday and I got an email out of the blue for a refund. Called the company and to find out whats going on and was told its out of stock. Thanks for wasting my time!!! Such horrible customer service!!! Will never recommended anyone to this company!!!!"

"Ordered a radiator for my truck, order said it would arrive in 4 to 6 days, and that an e-mail would be sent once the item shipped so I could track the package... 5 days later, I still didn't get an e-mail stating that my order has shipped!!! The last thing you want to do when your car is broke down, is sit around and wait for the parts to arrive! Would had paid for shipping in another site if it meant my car would be running by now..."

"I am extremely happy with Genesis auto parts. Fed Ex is the problem. I got three radiator's before I got one that was not smashed in shipment. ONLY THEN discovered I ordered the WRONG ONE!! Genesis took care of everything and gave me an e mail audit trail to show my customer to explain the extra time.
Super competent and helpful phone persons. Do your research on the manufacturers site and then go to genesis site to order. You will not be sorry. This is the third time in a year I have ordered customer parts from them. Always a happy ending. eventually. If your in a rush pay the storefront guys their overhead and profit. Genesis helps me build a business and saves my customers cash. The American way is still alive!!!

"I am extremely unhappy with Genesis, I contacted them about a getting a radiator for my pick up and they told me it would fit my truck(which guess what, it didn't!), first they sent me a FUEL PUMP and told me that they shipped me a RADIATOR. They then made me drive 1 hour from house to get it. I paid a shop to install it and it has spilled many gallons of coolant. They then gave me a RMA number to return it and then declined they ever gave me one and said that I had to pay 20% and SHIPPING which is another 20-30 dollars. I called them many times and they refused to let me talk to a manager. This radiator which initially cost $200 now has cost me over $1000."

"I ordered a replacement radiator for my Nissan Altima. The price was about half of what the local Autozone offered. Shipped from Arizona, arrived in So Cal the next day. The part was a perfect fit and came with a lifetime warranty. Shipping was very inexpensive. The only way I could have been happier is if they didn't collect California State Sales tax which as we all know is the highest in the nation. "
