Phone support was excellent, although hours were limited.
The system has worked flawlessly for the last two years with the following notable exception: the CD-RW by Creative worked for a while, then stopped functioning. I returned it for a replacement, but this also did not work. Again, after a long discussion via telephone, I again returned it for one that worked (fairly well) but that has been since replaced with another faster writer that works quite well. I suspect that the fault lay in the CD-RW itself. By the way, Creative would be best served to stick to audio products.
I am considering purchasing a new computer and will certainly investigate the prices on GenTech's site before I buy."
