"While I did not complete my purchase with this vendor, I did e-mail them to indicate that there was a complication with their PayPal payment system that prevented me from completing my order. Contrary to the "Sorry, nothing we can do" responce that I would have expected, they e-mailed me to indicate that they had changed their system to accomodate me. By that time I had already completed my order with another vendor, but just wanted to indicate that it was a positive experience. As noted, though, I did not order or receive any product from them. The price for the specific item I was looking for was one of the lowest I could find online."
