Because of the rural area where we live, all such purchases must be made on line so this worked out perfectly for us - we would deal with Gear-up again in an instant and would - and already have - recommend them to our friends and family."

"I ordered a parka from these guys a week ago and they just got back to me today. I had left a message for them to call and they never did. When I ordered the parka it said available On their site and she just cancelled my order today saying they are sold out. Their website still says the parka is available even though they say it's updated daily, Not!

"I ordered a jacket and had to exchange it because of the size. Apparently the jackets run a size smaller, but I was not told that. Also, it took them months to get in the other size and they held that money on my credit card. They said they would give me discounted price on the second jacket because of my troubles. When they actually sent it out they never discounted it, even though I reminded them and the shipping cost in total was over $100! Poor communication and poor customer service. I will never shop there again or recommend anyone else to this retailer!"
"Firsts!! I just bought a Canada Goose Air Force Parka from Gear Up for Outdoors Ltd. The price I paid was a steal, atleast a hundred cheaper than anywhere else. Customer Service was good, I talked to them over the phone about sizes and the lady seemed knowledgable. I am really happy with my purchase. The shipping was more expensive than normal however."
