Through no fault of their own, an accessory to the item I purchased was defective. Gear4Less responded quickly to my email questions and went out of their way to get a replacement accessory shipped to me. This type of service earns my loyalty. "I found Gear 4 less on ebay and bought a samsung Qled 82" tv from them for almost $1,000 less than my local best buy store. I hesitated at first because I had not worked with them before and hear horror stories about tvs showing up broken and or being marketed as new when they were in fact refurbished. Well the tv showed up quickly but the screen was cracked so I contacted customer service and they issued a new TV out right away! Not only did they respond quickly but they followed up before I could to let me know the tracking info fo the TV. They also arranged for the freight company to pick up the bad TV to make for an easy transaction. I couldn't be happier and would recommend them to anyone!!"
"Purchased a $2000 Samsung Tv from this seller. Transaction was great, as described, good price, and seller follow up on shipping. After owning tv for 8 months it failed. We live in a rural area where Samsung service doesn't exist, our good deal just turned sour. We emailed gear4less with our problem asking for help.
Gear4less replied quickly, asked us a few questions and said no problem they would
contact Samsung and get us taken care of. Well with very little foot work on our part Samsung contacted us, and took great care of us. We now have a new Samsung tv in our living room, courtesy of Samsung.

They will even respond saying this is the last communication with them once you say something that doesn't satisfy them. I have never felt more raped in my life until I dealt with this seller. "I attempted to purchase the Garmin Drivesmart 61LMT from Gears4less through Amazon. I tracked my purchase through the Amazon web site and saw that my purchase was being delivered. Then the day before the product was to be delivered which was August 3, 2018, I got an email from Gears4less through Amazon that my purchase price of $244 was being refunded with absolutely no explaination. I wrote to Gears4less using Amazon's "Leave Seller Feedback" stating that I did not request a refund and desired the product that I purchased from Amazon. I followed up on a second correspondence with the seller but received absolutely no response from Gears4less as to why my purchase was not delivered. So this rating of 1 Star is strickly for the seller and not the product.

"I bought a 2018 Samsung Qled TV less than 2 month after they were introduced from Gear4less off of Ebay. They shipped promptly but the delivery schedule when they called was a week out.
The price was much cheaper than I found anywhere else on line and the TV arrived well packaged and undamaged so I will defiantly by from them again if needed."

Sent many communications which they denied receiving and then told us the TV was what we ordered. Blantant, arrogant liar. Stay away - far away.
