I ordered several different bugs from them and I know my lace wings never hatched and have six praying mantis egg cases that I keep on my front porch and check several times a day and they never hatched either. I used gardens alive in past and never had this problem. I have emailed them five times and they will not respond. Terrible products and the worst customer service.
