"Lost $100. Although we received an Order Confirmation via email, when I read many online reviews, my gut feeling was verified. Many people ordered but never got their product to date up to 4 months out. Requested a refund. "Alex" (is that a real person, a Bot, a cat??) emailed to say it was a Pre-order so they are keeping 5% of my prepaid order. Nowhere on the order did it say preorder (whatever that means). In tiny, tiny, tiny, tiny blue print it says Preorder online. I repeatedly told "Alex" that I did not even see that tiny print. He referred me to their rules page (which when I clicked there on their policies, it was from another website & not theirs & another company)? Lots of questions. Few answers. In these hard times, losing $100 here means losing grocery money, gas money etc. We still have to purchase the fencing we ordered from them somewhere else. We will walk into a brick & mortar store. No more online sales for me. Buyer Beware of this company. This is only the 2nd time I've felt ripped off while shopping online. But I usually always stick with verified companies with a good reputation. Hope someone makes this company stop ripping off people. It seems the are "preselling" items that they don't even have in stock. I contacted the fence manufacturer and they stated (in an email) that this company is not one of their licensed distributors of their fencing. So sad they ripped us off by keep $100 of our money. I am still hoping American Express takes care of this for us. "

"This company is extremely dishonest and will straight up lie to you. They never delivered my order and then when they had to cancel it the keep a hold of my funds for over 2 weeks. I ended up having to put in a dispute charge with my credit card company just to get the charge taken off. I will be reporting them to the BBB institute. There were a few problems with a couple of the cabinets. Customer service was contacted and replacements were sent out immediately. Extremely happy with product, price and service."

While I had previously posted a less-than-completely enthusiastic review, I realize now that I was way, WAY too quick on the trigger! Marty, at GarageCabinetsOnline.com, simply refused to leave us as less-than-fully-satisfied customers, and via his exceptional efforts, New Age (the manufacturer) and their rep, Karl, stepped up, expedited shipping on the replacement parts for the damaged ones we had initially received and went to "the ends of the Earth" to ensure our satisfaction!

In point of fact, they shipped not only the replacement parts, but also an ENTIRE new unit! We, thus, have what we need to replace damaged sections AND to finish our "trio" of large, upright cabinets! Thank you, Marty, for everything you did to "get it done!"

I am rarely inclined to "eat my words", but in this instance, I MUST do so. "I thought the lower cabinets were not as easy to assemble as the upper. The upper cabinets just fit together more easily and snuggly. Disappointed that you do not have an 8" workbench top for the 4 lower cabinets."

"I placed this order on 11/21 and didn't get the items until after a month with no notification of the order, update, or estimated shipping. The items I ordered are great and this isn't about their products as it is about their customer service and business platform. In addition, I was immediately charged for items instead of charging at the time of shipment. I will now seek other online sites for similar products even if they cost a little more."
