They received my return controller promising to fix it, then went out of business?!?! Now they have the guts to come back and a new company?

I'm going after them, and I hope this information will help others who have been scammed!

"They are out of business. They shut down both gamingmodz and filed for bankruptcy. No one can get on their site. company doesn't exist anymore. We have to deal with their faulty goods on our own. Do a good reserach before buying next time. From my experience, BBB and resellerratings are close to truth."

"Horrible I cant even get on site from pc or mobil I used opera chrome internet explorer and firefox and I emailed them requesting the username and password required almost 2 weeks ago no response me and my friend were planning to get matching controllers he got his a few monthes ago and I cant get mine thxalot for being unreliable if ur team has answer to response aka this review reach me at ****@****"

"Horrible. I bought a cronus from them, never got a tracking number, never got anything other than a confirmation email. I called for two weeks, left messages, wrote emails, and put in a paypal claim. This company is a joke. They have made zero contact getting back to me, never are in the office to answer their phone, and are just plain horrible to work with. Avoid"

"Very good handling of our order, but moreover, professional and customer friendly resolution of our problem with a controller of only 3 months old. The problem seemed to have been with the shell of the controller and it was replaced and shipped to us free of charge.

"I am in the process of trying to resolve this problem but it does not seem very promising as although they seem very helpful on live chat, which is an arduous process,it is not followed through with any action. Countless emails remain unanswered. My son paid a lot of money-saved from his birthday and Christmas- for a lovely gold chrome Xbox rapid fire controller unavailable in the UK. When it arrived he was thrilled but there were problems with friends hearing him on Xbox Live. The company told me to send it back with the headset he used and they would pay the postage costs which I double checked were OK before I returned it all. I sent screen shot live chat conversations to prove this. We were told he had to choose a different shell and he was gutted as they were available in the UK anyway. It was returned without the brand new headset worth £18. I cannot get any refund of postage costs or the headset cost which they kept. To make matters worse the X button sticks so badly he cannot use the controller at all now. They expect me to return it again for repair! He is 13 years old and has learnt a very hard lesson in life. I cannot recommend this company as their customer service is truly shocking especially from UK. It seems to me you can be very lucky and everything works fine when your controller is received or you can be very unlucky and have to endure a customer service which is frustratingly unhelpful and unpredictable. I am a bonne fide customer prepared to provide my order number but some of these raving reviews may not be genuine also the problems seem mainly to revolve around very poor customer service after you have parted with a ridiculous amount of money. If you get caught up in a problem with this company, that is when you will truly experience what frustration means. You pay the money and you take your chance. "

"I bought 4 controllers from GAMINGMODZ last year ..one of them had custom shotgun shell thumb sticks ..GAMINGMODZ put real shotgun shells on my thumb stick and when i dropped it, it went off like a gun ( look at my profile pic) the owner of GAMINGMIDZ is Alex Golubev .. Alex is the worst business person i have ever dealt with. He makes allot of false promises! To make a long story short i sent my controller back and forth several times and never saw it again.. Alex closed GAMINGMODZ and wont fulfill his obligations to me as a consumer. I am now looking into a lawyer to handle this matter for me because this has been going on since my first purchase last year. I would recommend control chaos or some other modded controller company if you wanna avoid a huge head ache like GAMINGMODZ and ALEX! P.s look at my order date!

"Nice people but very poor service with their online help. I ordered a controller already programmed with the middle option and I should have gone simple and went with the 10 mode. The controller is too complicated to work. If you have questions, call them and you will be far ether off with your purchase. "
