Fool me once, fool me twice…

"I’ve ordered from this company twice now and both times have been plagued by EXTREME delays.

8-15 days turnaround on top of 6-10 days of "Premium Shipping" is on par with order the products directly from GW in England. As a small business I’m familiar with the cost associated with shipping via USPS and 6-10 days is First Class Mail times charged at a “Premium" cost.

I get that there was snow on the ground and Covid is a thing (imagine if we all leaned on this whenever we failed) but when I called customer service I was promised that my order was boxed and ready to ship that day or the next and that still doesn’t happen, it makes me lose all trust in this company enough to cease doing business with anymore.

To make a long story short, this company will give you a million excuses why they cannot complete your order and not a single one that accepts responsibility for missing their shipping times or getting your order to you on time. Go shop elsewhere.

Love this place!

"Came across this review from a post and it amazes me the 6 negative reviews and no positive reviews. When I checked out, it suggested a Google review and they had thousands of 5 star reviews there. GN has always been the cheapest around. Super friendly and helpful cs team. I would recommend!"

This site it a nightmare!!

"Buyer beware!
If ANYTHING at all happens to your order (delays, running out of stock before filling your order, etc...), they will sit on it indefinitely until you contact them first! If you don't look into your orders constantly to make sure everything is fine they will actually never send it out or reach out to you. My experience personally involved the first message being ignored for almost a week, and I only got a response (immediately btw) when I messaged again about possibly canceling the order. My order was stuck in limbo (for around a month) for some unexplained reason, and when I finally got ahold of someone they said 'it was all set and could be shipped out now if I were to reconsider wanting a refund'. I agreed to just accept the excessively late delivery instead of canceling for a refund if it would be shipped out within 24 hours. I got nothing but silence for two days . . . The order was still showing "awaiting fulfillment" on my account. Don't waist your time here, instead, use another site or store. GameNerdz is a horrible site.

3 Different Orders, all done wrong.

"Preordered 3 different sets of booster boxes (about 1.6k total) in August and September. 2 of the sets released on the 26th of November. End of day on the 26th I asked why haven't they shipped. Final Fantasy wasn't shipped due to time restraints and Digimon wasn't shipped due to Bandai not giving them all of their boxes and stated shipment won't be until early December. I request for a refund on the Digimon one on Sunday and they said sure on Monday and that they'll email me about finalizing the cancellation. Tuesday morning the Digimon order is marked as shipped (they made a label for it) and two hours later they cancel the WRONG order after I stated which order to cancel 2 different times. So now I have my Final Fantasy Boxes with a label printed (not processed, hasn't been shipped yet) that I still want, Digimon Boxes that I no longer want due to late shipment that now they have a label printed for and can ship whenever they want and still count it as "shipped", and they cancelled a preorder I wanted of Digimon Boxes that were to come out in January.

What is going on????

My order

"I placed an order (April 14th); understanding that some of the items were not released until May 1st. It is June 8th and I still see 'awaiting fulfillment' in the order situation. I have sent multiple emails, but have no idea if I will ever get my order."

False Advertising

"Game Nerdz offered a pre-order on an anticipated item, presenting it as arriving on or near release day. Weeks later, the order still shows "awaiting fulfillment", and all outreach to Game Nerdz is being ignored. Dishonest sales strategy, terrible customer service."

Great Experience and way less expensive than other stores

"I ordered two games and both games were delivered on time and in excellent condition. I was a little worried at first seeing how their prices were so low but they are a legit site and one that I will use exclusively as long as the prices stay low. Keep up the great work."

"I ordered a box of FOW cards and 3 days later I get a message saying the item was not in stock. I don't think you should list an item if you don't have any. In addition they did not say if they would get the item in again."
