"This seller sucks. I had a Voice server through them for a long time. Then when I tried to cancel it they were rude and gave me the wrong instructions so they billed me for another month and refuse to refund the money. When I finally got them to agree to a refund I still didn't receive it three weeks later so I emailed them. The person said that even though they told me they were going to give me a refund they were canceling the refund and refused to give it to me. So I reported them to the Better Business Bureau. Beware of this seller and don't email them, you will get rude responses or none at all. Oh and they won't make the server available for the month I paid for."
