"This website is a total scam. I ordered an item from them (an MMORPG game card) and it NEVER arrived even though they promised to ship it within a day. They ship the game code via e-mail! What could be so hard about that?

So after several days and not receiving the code, I tried to contact their customer support. This was when I realized that the retailer has NO CUSTOMER SUPPORT. I sent them multiple e-mails and all of them were IGNORED. Weeks later, they still have not replied.

Frustrated, I canceled my order. On their website, it says they approved my cancellation. HOWEVER, they still charged my Paypal account. Again, I tried to contact their customer support and sent them multiple e-mails concerning the charge. Again, they ignored me.

I have now escalated my dispute to a claim. They have STILL not replied.

This website scams its customers. Do not buy from it. They do not ship by the promised delivery date and they charge you for items that you have canceled.

Also, even though they charged me for the item, they STILL have not shipped it to me. So they charged me for an item that I CANCELED and then never shipped me it.

STAY AWAY FROM THIS RETAILER."
