"I see all of the great reviews and I ordered from them because of it but to my disappointment I just got an email from them indicating that what I ordered was a depleted item. They claimed that what was in stock at the time of ordering versus what's actually in their warehouse can sometimes differ but when I ordered, the site claimed that 99 of the item was in stock. Thank God I didn't order this right before Christmas or right before a birthday. They refunded me immediately but it wasn't about the money. It was about the gift. I got a great price on this as well which made it even sweeter. However, just be prepared that when you order from them, you may not get what you ordered because what they show in stock is not accurate. I highly doubt they monitor their inventory. Just a heads up. I don't think I'll order from them again only because when I order after much research, I expect stability in a company not unpredictability. "

"I had ordered a power supply cord at the end of January for my son's Wii. I got the cord and it did not work so I contacted Peter with customer service. He was so apologetic about my not receiving my order in working condition. He gave me two choices: refund or send another cord. I asked that I get another cord and today I received the cord.
