"I purchased an e-book from Galaxy Publishing. There was supposed to be a link to my paid download in an incoming email, which I never received. All I did was send them a simple email inquiry asking why I hadn't received my order yet. I was answered with a very unprofessional, minimalist and dismissive email. No “sorry for your trouble”, no “thanks for purchasing”, not even a NAME of who I was conversing with. Seeing that this was a poorly run, amateur business I immediately wanted a refund. Over the next few emails it was suggested that I was a "freebie seeker" and finally an "idiot". None of this was provoked on my part. Do yourself a favor and STAY AWAY from this flippant, uncaring company; you shouldn’t have to pay just to get insulted.

The following is an EXACT copy of our email conversation. The only change made was that I censored my name and email address:
