I called to verify the stock status and the woman said that they in fact did not have the item, but it would be shipping tomorrow (6/17/2004). I received an email later that evening saying that they had suddenly been informed by their supplier that they would not be receiving the stock, and that my order was cancelled."
"They shipped my DVD-R/W quickly _once_ they had all the appropriate information. I had them ship the part to another company for inclusion in a custom-built. When shipping to an address different from your billing address, you have to fill out and fax in a form. The only problem in the process is that - of the five or six people who I spoke with - none of them was more than about 60% proficient in english. It probably didn't help that I have a slight hearing problem. Other that the small snag getting that form in and making sure that they had it, my experience with them was great!"

"Bought 4 used/refurb IBM hard drives. Shipping was kind of high for one unit ($7.98 ground), but not bad on 4 items (less than $11.92 for ground). Units were shipped and received on time, packed well. All 4 look and work great and have passed the drive fitness and stress tests without problems. Will order from them again in the future!"
