"I placed an order online from the Galaxor Store website on October 3rd, 2014 and selected standard shipping, 5-7 business days. To this date, I have not received the order nor even a shipping notice. I have sent emails three times to the address given on the site, ****@****, and have received NO response. The money for the order was taken out of my account on October 3rd. On October 9th, the status of the order on their website was changed to "Shipping" and has stayed that way ever since. I even tried calling their (non-toll-free) contact number, which rings once and then plays a recording saying, "No support agents are currently available to take your call. Please leave your name, email address, phone number and order number and we will return your call." I left two voicemail messages and have yet to be contacted. To top it off, when I look at what I ordered on their site, it says "Out Of Stock", which it did NOT say when I ordered. I am very angry and will never do business with them again. My order better be here by Halloween."
"I ordered a few items from this site a few weeks ago. After a week, my order still read "processing", despite the money already being taken out of my account. I emailed them three times without a response. I called their number twice (which went straight to voice mail) and left two messages. No reply. A quick google street view of the address shows, surprise, that there is no galaxor store, only apartment complexes. Do not order from this site, because they will scam you. AVOID AT ALL COSTS!!! "
