"Had ordered Nokia HDS-3 Stereo headset from this company in August recieved product on time with no hassles. UPS crushed the box but this was not the merchants fault and the device was not damaged. I ordered 2 more of the same product so I could have spares since I accidentally snagged the earbud of the original and had to repair it. I used Fedex this time for $2 more. Box was delivered on time and NOT crushed (Yay Fedex). The new headsets were defective and as I found out later not genuine nokia headsets ( I found this out when I took one apart to fix it). I emailed the company on Friday and left a message with a rep named Lou. He DID return my call the next Thursday. Apparently they got a bad shipment and did not realize it. (The Knockoffs looked almost exactly like the real headset) He was courteous and friendly. They are sending me TWO genuine replacement headsets (he checked his stock in the warehouse personally as I was on the phone with him) Free of charge, even though I had only requested a replacement for the one I hadn't tampered with. They aren't charging me shipping, and he said I could keep the knockoffs as well (They are only Mono, but they sorta work). Overall I am pleased with this vendor and would definitely order from them again. I got NO hassles from the company, and Lou apologized for the small delay in getting back (No problem)"

Shipping packaging was quite mashed but the product and its retail packaging were intact and functional. In hindsight it could have used more padding. No other issues to report.

I would order from them again, but only if able to refuse delivery if the exterior shipping packaging was again mashed or mangled.

"Horrible service. Delayed order twice to "verify" my address and phone number, which are identical to how I submitted it, which is correct. No use in paying for overnight shipping when your order is needlessly delayed for a week!

I highly doubt they even have the item in stock. Will be cancelling this order once I can get ahold of anyone there, which is impossible."

"I purchased a swivel belt clip for my cell phone. It arrived without the swivel part, rendering the clip useless. I contacted Gadgetfreeks via email and asked for a swivel part to be sent to me, but received no response. I emailed them again a week later, and after another week-and-a-half have still received no response - not even a confimation email - from them.

Their About Us page promises "everything we do revolves around the customer". But their complete unwillingness to even provide the courtesy of a reply tells a different story.
