"SCAM, Just like the other review I read, I too was promised $200.00 for my new Samsung Galaxy S5.
The packaged was received by the so called Gadget Gobbler, LLC, but they do not respond to emails and their phones have been disconnected. RIP OFF! I have not received the money promised and of course I cannot get my phone back. THIS IS A CRIME!"

"Scam with a capital "S". STAY CLEAR OF THESE THIEVES!!! This company basically stole my phone. They promised to send me $200.00 for a perfect condition Samsung Galaxy S5. I even spoke with them on the phone before their number was disconnected. They took the phone and never paid. I've written e-mails, tried to call (but phone was disconnected) and even called the Attorney Generals office. Nothing is being done and I've been ripped off."

"I sent an outdated for for 75 cents is what they quoted me. I read some other reviews to see what others said about Gadget Gobbler. I wish I had read in advance. I agree that this company might just be a scam. Not that I care about 75 cents. They said the phone was broken because they couldn't reset the factory settings and needed the password. I reset the factory settings myself before I even sent it. I responded to their email of it being "broken" and they never offered to send it back the way Amazon does. Trust me, I could care less getting back a 4 year old prepaid cell basic phone. BUT I do think this company is a SCAM, just my two cents. "

"I sent them a phone and never got paid!! This is a scam and you can never get ahold of anyone when you try to call. Do yourself a favor and try a different company. This one doesn't return emails or respond to phone calls. Wish I could give a zero rating."

"Terrible scammers. I sent them three outdated phones that all still worked great and looked new. They promised me $24 for them which I was ok taking for them as I already had new phones. After they received them guess what? They said they were all broken so no money. SCAM!!! I asked for my phones back if they weren't going to pay for them and guess what, no reply, no phones, and no money. Never ever do any business with Gadget Gobbler!!!

" I'll update this review as soon as I hear back from Gadget Gobbler. They promised $12.50 for my phone on 21 Jan 2015, which I accepted. After sending my phone, on 27 Jan they informed they'd give me $0.00 because it had markings. Fine, I said, send it back. No answer from Gadget Gobbler. If they're like most re-sellers, they'll scam me by keeping the phone without compensating me. But I'll give them a chance to respond and return my phone. If they do, I'll change my 1-star rating. If not, the 1-star rating will stay because they'll have demonstrated they're scammers. I'll let you all know shortly!

UPDATE FROM 11 FEB 2015: So Gadget Gobbler came through! They offered to return the phone, but I asked if I could just send them another phone backing (the plastic part that had the markings). They agreed, I sent the new plastic part, and three days later I received my $12.50. Appears they're different than the other re-selling scammers. I'm increasing my rating from one star to four!"
