"I traded in an iPad Mini (6th Generation), which I had purchased through Amazon. I wasn't comfortable with the user experience, after Amazon shipped another new iPad Mini 6, but the experience was the same.
The iPad Mini 6 was beautifully designed, but it just wasn't right for me. Amazon would not allow me to return the item, unfortunately (I would recommend that no one should ever purchase an Apple product through Amazon. Had I purchased this Mini through Apple, they would have simply refunded my purchases after receiving the Mini).
Given that I just wanted to purchase a different type of iPad, I had no choice but to look for trade-in sites to see who would offer the best trade-in price for the iPad Mini 6.
I had never used Gadget Pickup before, so I looked for reviews. They had great reviews, and the prices were fair. The trade-in value was transferred into my bank account two days after they received my iPad.
I have nothing but good to say about Gadget Pickup. Their communication was fantastic, their trade-in amounts were very fair compared to other companies that I had tried before, and they gave me a feeling of confidence from the moment I put my trade-in into the shipper.

As a footnote, I used the trade-in money to go to the Apple website and combine the trade-in money with extra money from my checking account to buy an iPad Pro 11" (2021) newest available design, and am completely happy.
