Poor Battery: The battery health (the percentage the battery is able to charge as compared to its original battery life) is lower than 80% and/or indicates it needs servicing
When I questioned them they said my phone even though in perfect condition fell into the faulty category now. They said they don’t fix any phones that they get. I find this hard to believe! Also what phone if you are trading it in is still going to have a battery that is like new. I know they will put s new battery in it and sell it for much more! When I balked at the price they ended up giving me $57. I should have just sold it out right! What a scam! The only good thing I can say is that they answered emails.
