RMA-ed these two and was sent two different used batteries in return. Again, these two had considerable wear and no moisture indicators. Sent back for refund. Fortunately, gsmcellular refunded my purchase price, shipping, plus my return shipping."
"Very dissatisfied. Tried to order a guitar amp, of which the page said available. Put the order through on Dec. 14th, as it was a Christmas present. Got the email confirmation, thought everything was good. Didn't hear from them again. Tried to use their online order status page, didn't realize I needed an account to look at my order. Finally sent them an email on Dec. 27th asking where my order was. They replied that the amp didn't ship, because they didn't have any. Stated an inventory glitch. When I checked the website again tonight, the amp is still listed as in stock.
Bottom line, I would not order from them again. Their customer service is prompt, but their website cant be trusted. "
