"Company is German based for one thing. Second it takes them 2 days to process your order for shipping. Then 2 days to get to the airport to come over to the US. Then it gets sent to NJ and will sit in customs for a month or more before entering USPS for delivery. Just not worth it!!!!!!!"

"Ordered a computer power supply from these guys and it took over 3-weeks to receive. Once I did receive the item it was defective. I tries to return the item and they wanted $93 to return the item, I paid $130 for the item. They will not answer any emails and you can't call them due to the Germany phone number. Very frustrated."

I ordered 8 CD's that I was unable to get where I am (I listen to ALOT of German rock and our CD shops don't typically sell it) I was able to get them for cheaper than what they're sold in the shops, and that I'm thankful for! Beware that if you order from out of country like I did there may be a small customs charge, It was like $1.50 for the US. Shipping was relatively quick I ordered beginning of February and I received them end of February. So shipping was pretty timely and great compared to getting shipped stuff from China. I'd give 5 stars but I still have 1 CD waiting to be restocked to actually be shipped and the estimated receiving day to be restocked was Feb 17-19. I have no way to actually review it's status, but the emails I got on progress I was pretty impressed with. 100% will order from them again. A word of advice is to try not to order something out of stock otherwise it will take along time! "

"Tras la mala experiencia que estoy viviendo con grooves-inc.es me veo obligado a compartirla en esta web con objeto de prevenir y alertar al resto de clientes. El pasado día 28 de noviembre y el 4 de diciembre de 2018 hice dos pedidos a través de grooves-inc.es de 17 CDs de música por un valor superior a 70 euros. A día de hoy 28 de enero de 2019 todavía no los he recibido. Tras enviar 4 reclamaciones de mis pedidos y darme largas durante todo este tiempo, en su última contestación dan por perdido ambos envíos y me reclaman 6 euros más para reenviarme nuevamente los artículos. He iniciado una reclamación formal en mi entidad bancaria y proseguiré al órgano competente de mi comunidad autónoma y posteriormente a consumo, hasta que resuelvan este problema. Estoy acostumbrado a hacer pedidos ordinarios y urgentes a todas las zonas del mundo (****ón, China, USA, Inglaterra, España, etc), Amazon, Zara, FNAC, El Corte Inglés, Thomann, Aliexpress, ebay, etc. y jamás he tenido un problema similar. "The Pokémon Switch featuring Pikachu as a special release had become low in stock and prices were ranging anywhere between $550-700 on average in the US, if they could be found at all in stock. We were able to get the same Pokémon Switch Let’s Go Pikachu Edition for about $100 less, shipped to the Seattle area from Germany in about five days or so. No issues at all except that it has a European male end, which the sellers at Grooves Inc thoughtfully addressed by including an adaptor to attach it to a US outlet. No issues at all using this power supply and I love the game I get to play!"
"Bought 2 albums. Both badly damaged in shipping. Also, one “new” album was open, but that’s not how it was listed and I paid full price. First they said to return them for their inspection and they’d credit me for the return shipping. When I emailed to confirm the price from my post office, they said it sounded high. When I emailed to reconfirm the price, they said they’d would not pay for the return shipping. Wasted my time and now have to dispute the charge- more wasted time. Buy somewhere else. "
