"On June 22nd, 2015 I ordered a North America Map Program for my Eonon 5150 In-dash unit, through the advise of a BMW Online Forum. Today is 13 July and my Order on the GPSmapstore.com webside is still shown as "Processing". Customer Service has been contacted several times, via email, with no response. I have no intention or ability to PAY the international charges for a telephone call.
At the same time I placed this purchase, my PayPal Debit Account was Hijacked & I was charged nearly $1000 US, clearing my bank account of all funds, accruing Overdraft Fees & the Amount Billed to me by the GPSmapstore was Higher than the Purchase Price shown at time of sale on website!
Whatever the situation, GPSmapstore.com IS A SCAM, has no intention of selling product & cares nothing about Customer Care... Just Bilking Us of our Money!
My Eonon GPS Monitor installed in my BMW is Dysfunctional and I am Completely Dis-satisfied! "
