"I ordered several parts from GMpartswarehouse.com. All were OK except one. The trailer hitch bumper cover had been shipped to two other people. I knew this from a note that had been left in the box. I asked if they could send me the missing locking clips instead of me having to return the item. They told me on April 1, 2022 that they had ordered them and would ship them out on Monday. After 21 days I asked if I could get a refund if they were not going to replace the missing clips. I have not heard anything from them."
