"BEST SERVICE IN TOWN, GOT 3 XBOX 360 Console Flashed TO iXtreme 1.6, next day iXtreme 1.61 released, was upset cause now I have to pay again $10 for each to re-flash, send email to Gmodz, got replied back in 5 mins and asked me to bring all 3 xbox consoles back, took them back to Gmodz did the update for free. Really happy with their service, fast/friendly/quick. Best of all don't have to leave your console over night. Done on spot and in-front of you. "This was the first time i ordered through Gmods i ordered a d2b board with wiikey for the Wii not only did they take the time to make sure i got the one i needed (as i was new to Wii modding) but he saved me money as well be recommending a cheaper option explaining that was really all i needed . The order was processed promptly and showed up the next day with overnight shipping this was after a phone call to verify i was getting the correct chip . I have ordered more recently as well an Xbox Duo chip just 2 months ago again he saved me money be recommending this chip instead of the more expensive options and again processing and shipping was very quick it was at my door in just two days. I have nothing but positive things to say about Gmodz very helpful on the phone or email very knowledgeable and fast order processing they seem to get the order to you before most places even process it !! Highly recommended i would not buy from anyone else now.

"I have made several purchases from Gmodz - 1 installed Wiikey and several other standalone chips and flash carts that I installed myself. Even when installing the chips myself, if I had any questions, I would email them and I would get a response back incredibly quickly. I know of other places that would just say "you're on your own pal" - but not Gmodz. Also with my Wiikey, over a year later the DVD drive started making really weird grinding noises. I thought I'd have to buy a whole new Wii. On a chance, I took my Wii into Gmodz to see if there was anything that they could do and without complaint or any attitude at all they opened up my Wii and fiddled with some screws and voila my Wii has been running solid ever since!!! It probably had nothing to do with the Wiikey install! No charge either, though I slid him a $10 bill as I was so happy.

"I actually got to put their customer service to the test. I had a mod chip come with a defective chip-clip. I sent an email asking for assistance and got an immediate response from a blackberry! We e-mailed back and fourth half a dozen times in a matter of minutes, and after being told I could either return the product for replacement, or send in my drive for a free professional installation, the guy provided all the information I needed to track down the bad contact on the clip. I was able to solder in a jumper wire directly from the chip to the drive to solve the problem myself, but I was still absolutely astounded by the quality of their customer service.
Couple that with the fact they got the newest chips in earlier than the rest and that their prices were virtually unbeatable, and I don't know why you'd consider shopping for mod chips anywhere else.
Gmodz gets an absolute A+ from me. I would buy from them again without hesitation, and they are the only supplier I have recommended to my friends. "
