"I have used this vendor for two years and have never had any problems with them. They ship as stated on website ground-seven days, two, etc. and package the item in tons on taped bubblewrap. I just recently placed an order and they gave me the wrong Hard Drive (two years with one mistake is a good record!) so I gave them a call and they shipped me the correct drive that I had origianlly ordered with two day shipping free of charge. They goofed and fixed it in record time, I will continue to purchase from them because they are such a great company AND because their prices beat everyone elses!"
"Searched through pricewatch and found GMI. Saw that they had really good prices on SCSI drives. Purchased 12 drives, but they ended up being wrong size (needed 1 inch, accidentally purchased 1.6 inch). After calling the RMA department and describing my problem, they helped me out and even waived my restock fee because I'm going to purchase the correct drives from the them.
