"I can't tell you much about their PO because I only bought in stock items, but man, they are amazing!!! I feel bad that they have so many bad reviews:( I was honestly hesitant on ordering from them because of all the negative reviews. However, I had paypal so I went ahead and placed an order: I bought 4 Haikyu patches, a charm, sticker, and 2 packs of cards. So here's what I LOVE about them:
-price; their prices are lower than average, and what mostly prompted me to order lol
-products; perfect condition with their packaging in perfect condition as well
-great packaging; they could have sent it in a padded envelop, but instead, they sent it in a double walled corrugated box with plenty of bubble wrap on top!!!
- fast and cheap shipping; they sent it within the next 24 hours after I placed my order, and shipping was only $4.99( they even included the invoice too)
-FREE pins; they gave me 3 pins(Zoro, and 2 other anime characters), with a little note saying "A gift for you from GK World! We appreciate your order and value your business. So here is a small token to say THANKS! and Have a great day!" Isn't that sweet???
-small family run business; at the end of my invoice it says "Thank you very much for your purchase! We're a small family run business, and we do our best to strive for nothing less than 5 star service. So if you have any concerns or questions about your order please DO NOT hesitate to contact us, as we are more than willing to fix whatever issue you may have."
I will be shopping from them again for sure because they're really great, and I'm so happy I took the chance at ordering from them.
Ps. I will be C&P this review to other sites in hopes that other people WON'T automatically stay away from them because I really like this company; No, I am not affiliated with them whatsoever. I just think they're being underrated so I want to remedy that a little because I don't want them to go bankrupt:(

I very rarely feel compelled to write consumer reviews, and when I do, they are generally positive reviews to support local small businesses, however my experience with GKWorld was so awful, every step of the way, that I feel it my civic duty to warn others before they too make the mistake of ordering anything through them. To start, GKWorld employs the disingenuous and (in my opinion) unethical practice of advertising items which are not in stock (and, in my case, they weren’t able to get in stock at all); yet they charge you anyway and you wait two, three, four weeks (or, in my case, never) for your shipment to arrive (it should never take any longer that 7 or 8 business days unless it is being shipped from Venus). Follow-up is an absolute hassle, as GKWorld does not promptly return (numerous) emails and phone messages (you will be unable to actually EVER talk to a live human being in real time). If you want to avoid weeks of hassle and having to do a credit dispute with your bank, avoid GKWorld—like the plague!"

"Let's see, They don't have accurate information regarding their stock levels on their website and it took them more than a week to inform me that I would be waiting up to 4 months to receive my order in full. It always takes at least 24 hours to receive any kind of response from them through e-mail and when they do respond its very evident that they don't read your e-mails all the way through anyway. It really inspires me to spend more money at a company/website when it's like pulling teeth to get the things I've already paid for. Personally I recommend avoiding these clowns, they are a massive headache for absolutely no reason, everything they carry is carried by arguably much larger and better managed companies who don't outright lie about their stock levels on their website and then fail to inform the person that was just duped. Its very obvious that the reason they operate this way is to garauntee that their inventory is sold before they ever have stock it, so nice that their customers put up with that kind of treatment for such a lousy company."
