"My story all begins on with first contact on Monday November 27, 2006. The guy I spoke with on the phone was great. He gave me loads of information about what I needed to do to replace my rear wheel bearings and rear hub on my CBR 600. I order my parts and was contemplating next day airing my parts and it was going to be an extra 60.00. I figured OK the longest I can wait to repair my only source of transportation is 1 week. So I went ahead with a 3 day ground shipment. The guy on the phone said the parts were there and he said they were going to be on the UPS truck that was to be there in 30 minutes. He understood my need for my parts. This is where things get shady... I receive a call on Wednesday stating that they don't have my bearings (which is what I needed in the first place) and that the hub hadn't been shipped yet either. I asked why I was just hearing about this now and not the same or next day. The guy on the phone says that they were trying to locate me another part and could't get it. So I asked him why they didn't contact me sooner. The guy says I don't know, do you still want me to ship the other part. I asked what am I going to do with it without the bearings? He says I don't know. He says he can order me new bearings from the dealer but they will take a week to get to him and then I pay shipping for 3 day ground. So I wouldn't have seen those for 2 weeks. He then quotes me a price on the bearings and quotes me a price on them. Recognizing the shadiness in price I politely told the guy on the phone how I felt... I said nicely listen if you were me and I dropped the ball like this and then tried to cover it up by replacing the parts and shipping them later how would you feel about either this. He says I don't know.... I can't believe the nerve that they were going to charge me higher than retail on the bearings and then said that what I would have been getting wasn't even everything that was pictured. This is too bad. I really wanted to do business with these guys. I am restoring 3 other bikes right now and would have been purchasing a whole bunch of parts. Most of my friends also have bikes, also most of their friends have bikes. I had just gotten done telling one of them what a pleasant experience I had dealing with the first guy on the phone only to have them make me eat my words. I'm sorry... Dropping the ball, Being given a whole bunch of I don't know's with an I don't care attitude does not cut it for me... I don't even usually settle for metiocrity but I would have been willing to do so in this case for the deal I was supposed to be getting on the parts originally. I absolutely cannot believe that these people were so careless with a first time customer... Well... I wish them the best of luck regardless and I hope that my feedback causes them to analize the situation and fix their malfunction. All I wanted was honesty and my parts guys. I would have referred hundreds of customers. "

"Very pleased, I had my motorcycle custom painted. I have a 2002 Yamaha R1 with the entire bike chromed, the only thing that it lacked was the paint. I had GDL paint my bike fushia with a fade to deep purple at the bottom. I was going to post a picture but I dont see where to do that here. Much thanks to Cody and the guys at GDL Cycles. "
