I contacted their customer service and they are sending me 2 replacement skins and letting me keep the one they first shipped out because it was a misprint. Very good customer service! "I purchased two skins from gcskins. The skins arrived quickly and safely and were just what I expected. I really had a pretty easy time applying the skins. I did however mess up one of them a little, but it was my own fault for not taking my time. The directions were very good. All in all this was a great experience and I would buy from them again. The xbox's I used the skins on look really cool. One which I put a polished aluminum skin on matches all my Sony WEGA stuff perfectly. How cool is that ?"
"Fedex lost my package and when I contacted customer service they were very helpful. Not only did they replace the lost item right away they also sent me a free shirt for the trouble. Product is GREAT, best quality I have ever seen. Would certainly do business with them again."

I was never sent a notification about when my order was shipped, I sent two emails asking for this info one about 4 days after it was placed and one 7 or 8 days after it was placed and did not recieve any reply. Also the order status on their website never changed from ready to ship. I received the product 9 days after ordered."
"I never received the items ordered. The customer service rep Jeff Williams was no help. He said since they sent it out and it wasn't returned, that I need to check with USPS. He offered no proof of delivery or the address they supposedly shipped my order to. He merely sent me a canned email response to my inquiry. I'm going to try to cancel the charge since I never received the order. As of this date, it's been 2 months and 5 days since my credit card was charged, and I haven't received my order. I would say avoid gcskins completely, but if you do order from them make sure you get tracking."
