"I was very excited about my purchase. It would be a Christmas present for my 10yr old daughter. I entered all my information, read the safety information and pressed submit. The website then took me to a page that said there was a minimum purchase of 3 balls per order. I, obviously, did not want 3 balls so I tried to press the button that said "skip". It did nothing except reload the page over and over again. I went back in my browser and it took me to the page where I enter my credit card information. To me, the process was over- No confirmation, No order review, No order placed. Right? Wrong! The next day I started receiving phone calls from a company called Quality Resources, who recieved my information from the website. I have spent the last hour on the phone with both companies trying to cancel my order. I was told that the order cannot be cancelled and there's nothing I can do about it. DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS SITE. There's plenty of other places to order the ball from. "

"Buyer beware of their website order process. You enter how many Fushigi balls you want and then enter your address, credit card info, etc. Then when you click on Submit, it takes you to another page telling you that you get to save $15.00 on your order if you click on the YES menu. But to save $15.00 on your order requires you to submit your credit card number to another website and agree to some other offers. I declined and then was routed to a page asking me to order one or more balls. I chose NO, and then page reloads asking me to order more balls. I chose NO again and the page reloads a third time. I chose NO again and then it automatically submitted my order without showing me how much the shipping costs were and the total with tax. You are not given a page to review your order first before submitting. That’s not all, when I received an e-mail order confirmation; it says I qualified for free shipping. But again you are routed to another website where you have to join some kind of club. I called Fushigi.com and told them I wanted to cancel my order. They said the order wasn’t entered yet and to call back in 24-48 hours. I think I’ll just wait and buy one of these balls when they end up in stores. "

"I saw a commercial for this Fushigi Ball, on how it can "defy gravity" and amaze your friends. Truth by told, it's actually contact juggling. I ordered from their company on June 12th, 2010 and didn't arrive until mid July. Being that it's a, "seen on TV" product, it was said that my order will include an instructional DVD along with the ball. I did receive the ball, but the DVD never arrived. I also get calls from some strange number at least 5 times a day after ordering from that site. I should of researched before ordering from them. During the whole wait for my order, instead I ordered from Amazon.com of both a contact juggling ball and instructional DVD which arrived within 4 days, not to mention much cheaper.

I would advise those NOT to order from Fushigiball.com.
