" This store Fuse Wireless is very UNRELIABLE!! I am suspicious they have some representatives that are scamming the deaf consumers as well as the hearing!!! I have given most of my personal information in order to buy a SIDEKICK II and the $29.99 monthly activation fee under this company. I already had given my credit card account number, social security number, driver's license number, a paycheck stub,and still COULD NOT acquire a SIDEKICK II so that I could get a rebate?? They say I had a snag with TMobile and couldn't process the order..however, that wasn't the point. I have outstanding credit as they know that! THEY,(FUSE WIRELESS), wanted me to fax over a COPY of my social security card and a COPY of my driver's license??? THAT IS AN INDICATION OF IDENTITY THEFT and BEWARE OF THEM!!! Judy"

"I bought Sidekick II on March 20th 2006 via www.fusewireless.com and they mailed me a service agreement with wrong name and wrong address on it. Since I am deaf, and I tried to contact them by emails to request a Service Agreement correction and the invoice to reflect correct mailing name and address. They did mailed me the product but never made correction on the Service Agreement with my name and address on it. To date, now it is May 14th and after countless emails to Fusewireless.com, they never replied to my emails. I am giving a BIG THUMBS DOWN on their customer sevices. I am not happy to own a product that do not have the Service Agreement without my name and address on it. I even tried calling to T-mobile HQ to request investigation on Fusewireless.com to make sure they are a legitmate authorized dealer. They can be legitimate but they FAILED BIG TIME on customer service. Stay away from them!"

"Great product and price but I wish I could say the same thing about their business ethnic. I purchased t-mobile sidekick with 200 dollars instant rebate. Everything went fine and I received my sale invoice through my email. I thought to myself, wow that was fast and I am very impressed with how they handled my order. Oh boy, little did I know that was the last thing I received from their establishment.

I attempted to contact customer service by email to see if I could get update on my order status and I even asked them if I could have tracking number to the package. You can guess the outcome; I have not yet received anything from them so I decided to give them a week to response to my letter. I was very disappointed in how they handled their customer and I decided to write letter to them again. They never bother to reply any of my letters.

I finally got my sidekick few days later after my last letter to them. It took them almost 2 weeks to deliver it. At least it came and I even told my friends to not do business with that company because they not only screw me but other friends that ordered the same thing. If you like one email and not knowing when your package will arrive then you might as well order it. I know for the fact that I will not be doing any business with them and I hope this will alert some potential buyers about their awkward business practice.

"Worst experience I've ever had! After placing an order online, then instantly I received invoice via email but no reference information such as Invoice Number that's all I get and it went silence for time being till UPS show up.

While I'm waiting and I've lost my patience and I checked their website for contact information but to my surprise there's no phone number just email or fax, and my email went unanswered. I had to look up thru BBB for their phone number. but it turned out to be Verizon's voicemail boxes, then had to call information and get their number. Finally I manage to obtain phone number and I called, but I still couldnt believe it... my call was answered by machine with a recording and only thing you can do is leave a message, and never return my call.

Two weeks later UPS show up out of nowhere and hand over badly beat up package, I don't know if it was dropped by staffs or UPS playing soccer with my packages. What a Hassle! beware of 400.00 terimation fee! I wouldn't even touch Fuse Wireless with 10 foot poles!
