"I work in affiliate marketing and what this company is doing we have a term for: SLAMMING A CREDIT CARD. They are doubling or tripling an order then not giving back the majority of the money. DO NOT GIVE THEM YOUR CREDIT CARD INFO!!!"
"FURNITURE FIX IS AN OUTRIGHT SCAM. I just read some of the furniture fix Reviews on this website. I wish I read this before I ordered. Most people had the same RIP OFF I did. They Charged my account $97.95 and only refunded me $49.99 saying the balance of $47.96 is for processing and handling fees. They charged my account incorrectly and sent me stuff i had not ordered. After speaking with the Accounts and Billing department, they advised me to refuse delivery so that they credit my account with 97.95 dollars. I later realized that they had just credited my account with 49.99 dollars. When i enquired, i was told that 47.96 was for processing the return. I just advise my friends not to bother ordering anything from their site. They are indeed scammers. The furniture fix stuff does not work""

This furniture fix is a total scam! it does not work at all. And the worst part of all is that when you try to return it, it just won't work.. YOu have to pay for the shipping and that's gonna cost as much as the amount of money the are suppose to refund you which at the end of the day, you will still lose the $30 dollars. BS."
"Piece of GARBAGE. Nothing more than some THIN pieces of plastic that wouldn't support 10 pounds, then bend, crack, and break after a week. Not to mention they are so slippery that a cushion will slide around on them. I would love to invite their two Sumo wrestlers to sit on my couch after I installed...would have to get a crane to pull them out of the basement. A very big rip off. Some simple boards do a much better job and last a whole lot longer."

"Customer service is horrible. I did not check reviews until AFTER I purchased. Placed order on 9/20/11 and called today to find out why not received. Will not ship for delivery until 11/20/11 because it is on backorder. At least my card has not been charged so it could be worse. But, they could have at least sent an email saying item was on backorder. Also, I had placed order and it was doubled but since items are backordered was able to cancel duplicate order. Got it in writing.
I cannot comment on items as I have not received them yet.

Boy !! I WISH that I read this page BEFORE I went Online to purchase this Item!!!! I went On-Line 8/9/11, trying to purchase the $14.99 Furniture Fix product. I can across Always Free Shipping.com, I saw the item that I wanted. As I went about checking off the item that I wanted, when it got to check out, for Some reason the items cost $71.00!!. When I saw this, I IMMEDIATELY CANCELED the Order. I CALLED the Number listed and was ASSURED the items were CANCELED!! However, when I returned from Vacation, here was the items. I called the Company,was told They had canceled. I asked how is it that another company would/could go on THEIR Web Site and send merchandise that I DID NOT order from them. The Supervisor could not give Me any explanation. "
"Whatever you do, DO NOT order from this company. They are SCAMMERS. Every review on here is true. They double or triple your order then it's like pulling teeth to try and get a refund, when there website says you can get one. I was charged $163.00 incorrectly for my order without even knowing it had been placed. When I went back in to change my order they charged me an additional $63.00. The $163.00 order should have never been placed. I sent my packages back only to arrive home today and the same package was sitting on my porch. I called FurniturFix customer service and ofcourse they are saying they never received my return. So once again today I am driving to the post office burning my gas which means spending more of my hard earned money to try and return them once again. So please whatever you do, DO NOT ORDER ANYTHING FROM THIS COMPANY."

"All these negative comments about furniture fix are 100% true! They are not fair! they went ahead and charged my card four times more than the amount after I had cancelled the order. They told me to refuse the package and then they will refund me the entire amount, I did that and still end up having to pay shipping and handling for something i didnt receive! These people are very unfair and they are just looking for means to get money from the customer. They try to send the customer in a circle to avoid refunding the customer their money."
"This is an unethical website! They put the order through before you can check and confirm. Then you find that they doubled the order. I called Customer Service immediately, but they said they had no record of it yet. I called the next day and "Chris" pretended he cancelled it. Then my credit card was charged so I called again. They said they couldn't cancel. "Wait for shipment, then refuse delivery". I did that - but they only credited me for half and I got nothing. I think "employees" are not allowed to cancel orders - and we get stuck!"
"I wish I had the reviews prior. Website is misleading. Charged me for 2 items, which I didn't order. I called the next day to cancel. Spoke with "Heather" she said she cancelled the order and gave me a confirmation number. The company has now taken the money out of my account. Called again today spoke with a very very rude person who would not take my confirmation number for my cancellation of order or let me speak with a supervisor. Said my order was never cancelled. That the order was shipped and it was my problem."

"this is a very bad website...no way to edit your order...once you place the order it duplicates it plus duplicates the s&h as well...
then when you call the customer service they tell ya order has already been placed and you can refuse it but you may not get the s&h back...which is more then the items itself...
this is a scam that is all it is....
