"Purchased sofa and chair with two ottamans from Furniture Deals of Overland Park. Had to wait 2 1/2 weeks for delivery. Couch was delivered with a hole, which I am pretty sure was caused by the delivery man when he was cutting it from the plastic wrapping. The driver originally tried to tell us they could just send a new fabric panel and he can’t guarantee that the next couch won’t come with a hole. Um, no! I purchased a brand new couch and expected that today until it was carelessly ripped. When I declined the “fabric panel” offer for my sofa I was the told they had another couch in stock, but we would have to wait another week to receive it. They made no attempt to get us the “in stock” sofa and make their mistake right on the stated time of delivery. Instead they want us to wait another week to receive our item. Horrible customer service!!!"

"Highly disappointed! Furniture deals advertises lowest rate guarantee, but this is not the case. All Ashley furniture carried by furniture deals can be found at Nebraska Furniture Mart for less. Example: I was in NFM and Furniture Deals yesterday looking for a leather sofa and loveseat set, found it at both store & $70 less at NFM. I asked the manager if they would price match, he said "Yes, but don't expect to get your cake and eat it too." I then asked would he honor the 10% off or free delivery on purchases as advertised online. He said "No!" False advertisement. I will never step foot in another furniture deals. Fyi, I was at the Furniture Deals off of 40 Hwy."
