"I had been a customer for a number of years but my recent experience has showing me the corporation‘s true colors. I ordered a set of mittens that have a defective seam I was asked to take a picture of it I did. Then I was instructed at my expense to invest more money in the mittens to send them back and then they would be looked at send me a replacement. So I will be without the mittens for a good portion of the winter. I do not wear mittens in the summertime. I guess it shows the benefit of buying stuff at companies like MEC or sale or altitude. I thought dealing with the manufacture was great but I couldn’t of been more wrong. Strongly suggest you do not use them"
